Bio: Rowbear Consulting, PC focuses on helping clients get their projects though the approval process from funding, to environmental approval, through construction. We focus on the obstacles so the design team can focus on creativity and delivering better results not only for the client but the local community and adjacent environment as well. We call them Persuasive Solutions. Our services include project formulation, strategic and tactical planning, community outreach, and preparing permit documents. In addition our staff of engineers and scientist are skilled in formal engineering design, including highways, bridges, land development, construction management, and GIS and database management.
